How to take your measurements

To find your ideal size, we recommend taking the following measurements with a measuring tape:

Chest/Bust:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal and parallel to the floor.

Waist:Measure the circumference of the narrowest part of your waist, usually at the level of the navel.

Hips:Measure the circumference at the widest part of the hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

Tips for choosing your size

Between two sizes:If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.

Garment type:Please note that some garments are designed for a tighter or looser fit. See the product description.

Elastic fabrics:Garments with elastic fabrics adapt better to the body and can offer more flexibility in size.
