Shipping zones

We ship to Spain (peninsula) and European Union countries via Correos (Spanish Postal Service ).

Rates and delivery times

  • Spain (peninsula) : €3.95 | Delivery in 2-4 business days
  • Free shipping in Spain : Orders over €100
  • European Union : €12.95 | Delivery in 3-6 business days

Note: We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the Balearic Islands at this time.

Orders received after 7:00 PM will be processed the following day. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. All orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. You can track the status of your order via the link we will send you by email.

You will receive a confirmation email with the Correos tracking number once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

Return period

You have You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a refund, in accordance with European consumer protection legislation.

Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Unused and in perfect condition
  • Keep the original labels
  • Include in its original packaging
  • Please bring proof of purchase

Return process for Spain (peninsula)

You have two options for making your return:

Option 1: Return label provided by us

  1. Send us an email to suenmoda@hotmail.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will send you a Correos return label by email.
  3. Print the label and stick it on the package
  4. Drop off the package at any post office
  5. Once the product has been received and verified, we will process your refund deducting the cost of the return label (€3.95)

Option 2: Manage the shipment yourself

  1. Send us an email to suenmoda@hotmail.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will confirm the return and provide you with the shipping address.
  3. Send the product on your own using the courier company of your choice
  4. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
  5. Once we have received and verified the product, we will process your full refund of the product amount.

Refund process from the European Union

  1. Send us an email to suenmoda@hotmail.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We will confirm the return and provide you with the shipping address.
  3. Ship the product yourself to the address provided.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Once we have received and verified the product, we will process your refund.

Return shipping costs

  • Spain - Option 1 (label provided) : The cost of the Correos label (€3.95) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Spain - Option 2 (shipping at your own expense) : Shipping costs are your responsibility
  • European Union : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the original purchase within 3-5 working days after receipt and verification of the product.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
